Our Mission Statement
For the Senior Citizens of Cherokee County the Senior Centers of Cherokee County (SCCC) are the focal points for providing all senior adults with information and services designed to assist them in leading independent, meaningful, and dignified lives in their own homes and communities for as long as possible.

Cherokee County, South Carolina
Headquarters in Gaffney and a Senior Center in Blacksburg.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be sixty years of age or older or the spouse of an individual sixty years of age or older and reside in Cherokee County, South Carolina.
Donations and Fees For our programs and services to continue and grow we must have support from our clients. Volunteer donations are encouraged and accepted for all programs. Scheduled fees are charged for cost sharing and private pay services |
Sponsorship Funded by the United Way of the Piedmont, the Older Americans Act, Civic Clubs, Private Industry, Private Individuals, and Church Groups as well as State, County and City Governments.
